Marine Data Exchange layers help users find existing public geophysical and geotechnical survey records connected with offshore energy projects.
How it is used
The atlas includes filtered MDE series extents focused on records tagged as geophysical or geotechnical, with selected exclusions applied to remove known low-value or unsuitable series. The layer is intended for discovery and source-linking rather than replacing the Marine Data Exchange portal.
