UKCS Data Atlas combines observed and modelled marine conditions so users can view recent buoy records and retrieve point time series for waves, currents, and wind.
Included sources
Cefas WaveNet
Live or recent Waverider buoy observations exposed as clickable map locations with charted recent readings.
Met Office
Marine observations from the Met Office open data route and locally cached AMM15/AMM15 Wave model products where access terms allow use.
Copernicus Marine
CMEMS modelled wave, current, and wind products used by the point metocean search and comparison workflows.
Access and limitations
Short metocean chart generation is available without an account. Longer searches and CSV export require sign-in. Data availability varies by provider, product, location, and forecast horizon.
