Hazard and heritage layers help users identify wrecks, protected wreck sites, and munitions records that may be relevant to UKCS screening and marine due diligence.

- Protected wreck sites from Historic England where available.
- OSPAR munitions encounters.
- EMODnet dumped munitions points and polygons.
The atlas exposes useful attributes such as wreck type, depth, status, munitions description, and date fields where present in the source data.

3D wreck bathymetry attribution
The 3D models are derived from bathymetric surveys distributed by the United Kingdom Hydrographic Office. Each model viewer identifies its specific data owner and survey originator.
